What stays local and what connects

When a tool says it processes data locally, the files or text you select are processed in the browser and are not uploaded to LeetTools for server-side processing. This includes the Archive tools and other explicitly client-side utilities.

Local processing describes the tool's working inputs; loading the website still makes ordinary page requests and may involve the analytics or network checks described below. Browser extensions, the device, and the browser itself also remain part of your security environment.

The production site loads Google Analytics for page measurement. Its standard measurements may process the page URL and query string, referrer, page title, a browser identifier, session information, approximate location, and browser or device details. Google Analytics may also use first-party cookies such as _ga.

LeetTools does not intentionally add file contents, passwords, tokens, generated output, or other tool inputs to analytics events. Because page URLs may be measured, do not place sensitive values in a LeetTools URL or query string.

Some tools are designed to make external network requests as part of their function. Those requests are separate from local file processing and may expose standard request data, such as an IP address and browser headers, to the services contacted.

The site may store a display preference, such as light or dark theme, in your browser. This preference is not a tool input and is not sent to LeetTools for server-side processing.

The site displays advertising served by Google AdSense on selected pages. When an ad-enabled page is loaded, the browser may request ad content and related resources from Google, and Google or its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, including personalized ads based on your browsing history.

You can review and control personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Where consent is required by law, the site does not run ad requests until a consent control is available; that control will let you accept or refuse personalized advertising and change your choice later.

LeetTools does not send tool inputs to advertising systems. File names, selected contents, passwords, tokens, text inputs, and generated results are never included in ad requests. Ad units are placed only outside interactive tool areas, such as file pickers, conversion, copy, and download controls.
